Did you get the Android 4.3 OTA on the N4 Yet?

Just announced at Google's live event in San Francisco, is the update schedule for the newly official Android 4.3. The good news for current Nexus device owners; it's heading your way starting today.

Hugo Barra confirmed on stage that the Nexus 4, Nexus 10, current Nexus 7 and the Galaxy Nexus will start rolling out today. Google Edition device owners aren't included in the initial push, but their respective updates were confirmed to be landing soon.

The update to android 4.3 for the Nexus 4 starts rolling out today. If anyone got it please share how it works for you. Its only a minor update but is suppose to have a bunch of performance enhancements.
 
I keep hitting the button to search for updates, but nothing as yet!
Wondering how they'll do it? Serial number/ build number etc....

Once someone root savy receives it, they'll logcat the web address for it so that you can download it and install it manually instead of waiting.
 
does the force update method work anymore? (clearing data and cache from google services framework and checking for update)

i've been attempting that for the last half hour and nothing happened.
 
It will probably still work, but it's useless until they actually hit the button to start sending them out. Unfortunately, no one knows when that will be. Also, it doesn't always work on the first try.
 
For those who don't want to wait, Google has posted the factory images on their developer's website.
 
Figures my fiance is using my Nexus 4 as her phone since she smashed hers so it's a pain to get it from her and update it. I don't think I can do it OTA cause I had previously flashed custom ROMs on it.

But then, we're always quite a way down the list when it comes to updates. Did get an update for Play Music last night, though. Looks just as pants though ..
 
Could someone with 4.3 installed let me know if they've reverted the permissions for third party apps to put the phone in Airplane mode. This is my major gripe with JellyBean at the moment.

Dont blame it on the 'UK', blame it on Samsung.

I had the galaxy s2 previous to my Nexus 4 and got frustrated at the length of time it took Samsung to release things. This brought me to the Nexus family, which is the only way to ensure speedy updates :)
 
still cant get any of my updates to DL from the google play store... so 4.3 didnt fix it.. before I received the update I cleared catche and all that.I uninstalled google play update... I turned my phone off and then on... then the update came thru... I still can DL .... I changed my password for gmail.. and then logged back in.. still not working.
 
finally fixed it.. I found the google in settings... then removed .. then added and now its working. again and I have 4.3
 
Phoenix... Will wait to do it once I get home.

Will it update properly even though I'm rooted and have TWRP as my recovery?
