Hey Banished Angel major props to you man! I wasn't even paying attention at 8:30 this morning when my Page Monitor sounded off. I rushed to my computer and within about 10 secs had my N4 16GB ordered. Not a single error during check out. :rock:
 
Sounds like they learned some lessons from the UK sales problems.
I was on the site from minute one and had multiple failures through the checkout process.
Wound up with nothing, although I suspect I would have been able to pickup an 8gb if I'd been interested in doing so.

There's a suggestion on Google+ that the store will be restocked within 3 days once they've sorted out the initial rush. Whether that's US only, global or regional isn't clear at this point - so keep watching the skies..
 
16GB UK here. Accidentally ordered two. Should have kept it and put it on ebay but I was feeling generous and called Google who nicely cancelled it and confirmed my order went through fine. Still says pending however.....But I called the bank who also confirmed it!
 
Seems loads of people couldn't order any yet some people ordered 2 by accident coincidence or not Google are trying to trick people lol
 
I think it's more like people are in a hurry and weren't paying attention at checkout in a rush to complete the transaction. When I was placing my order, I got a few errors like everyone else and when I finally got to my cart, there were 2 in my basket. Had I clicked place order, I would have accidentally ordered two.

Mine both went through singly. I was careful NOT to have more than 1 in the basket.

But my friend ended up with
 
I tried to order around 11:45 with no luck. I can't believe Google made so many of its most loyal fans stay up until 3 in the morning(EST), only to find out that the site wasn't going live until noon. Then they open it early leaving many people behind.

Also, I never received the notification email from Google stating that the phone was available. Frankly I'm pissed.

I'm betting they'll send those emails once the initial demand dies down so regular joes can log on and buy one without the craziness.
 
I'll probably get the notification email that they are available a week after mine has been delivered. ;)
 
I didn't vote because there wasn't an option for me. I got my Nexus 4 at Tmobile this morning when they opened :cool:
