Essentially don't they mean the same thing? When I look at my battery performance, during a course of my day the phone is awake but the screen is off at times. So what is the phone doing when awake, but the screen is off? All I could think of are my gmail syncs since I've turned off notifications on all my other apps. Just want some clarification.
