Ok so after I boot synergy rls1, I have to wipe and clear everything before i load the theme? Wont that take off synergy??

It won't take off Synergy. The theme goes on top of the rom. When you flash the theme, wipe cache and dalvik cache only. No need to wipe data.
basically dalvik cache and cache are just temporary places that your phone uses to load temp files and keep temp files for various processes. so by wiping them you will not be doing anything to your rom. actually it would help your rom better if you wipe dalvik cache and cache once in a while. also wiping dalvik cache and cache is usually an easy fix for most small issues like force closures, or any bugs or glitches. that is what most will recommend that you do first if an issue arises.
