Help Digitizer issue :(

I replaced my digitizer due to a cracked screen. I never cracked my LCD (thank god). My issue seems to be the power up. I correctly inserted all three strips inside. When i power up the phone all i get is a solid white screen and then it turns black as if the screen shut off. I have my HTC EVO 4G rooted but since the screen issue, i used the SD card in my other phone (which was stolen). Can it be that it needs the originally rooted SD card. I am desperate for help. I would greatly appreciate the help!

Hello there and welcome!
I dont think your screen issue is based on the fact you need your old sd card.
I just could be something with the digitizer or the connections.
I have never replaced stuff like that so I am useless about that, sorry.

yeah it is not the card. you can even pull the card out and your phone should work just fine.

now as far as the screen not working that i have no clue on. sorry.
