Dink -> DrInc

This thread has no purpose whatsoever, except that I'm going to push people to start calling the Inc a DrInc instead of Dinc.

I think DrInc sounds so much cooler. "Hey, what is that????" "Oh It's my DrInc."

Believe it or not, I like humor! Carry on! FWIW, I changed my phone's signature from "Sent from my Droid Incredible" to "Sent from my HTC Incredible". In short, I'm dropping the DROID.

Agreed. People see my DInc and say, "OOOH is that the droid?" I say, "Nope, it's my DInc."

Exactly! People were thinking my Motorola Droid was Incredible... I DON'T OWN A MOTO DROID DAMMIT!

hahahah, yeah! I can't tell you how many people say that my phone must be the Droid when I say it's the Droid Incredible. No more. Too confusing. It's the Htc incredible!

On the boards I call mine the Dinc, no reference to "Droid" to avoid confusion with some Motorola phone thingy. In conversation, it's The Incredible. When asked if it's an iPhone, I say that it's an hTc.

I think that "DrInc" is unique, funny, harmless and doesn't need explaining.

Occasionally I call my phone "Bacon".
