Help Disappearing apps

I have a LG OptimusV ver.2.22
Installed apps keep coming up as" application not installed on your phone" ,even after :confused:a reinstall, I also get a low on memory alert though
I've installed a 16gig SD card
 
Are you rooted? If you are go to the "All Things Root" sub-furum. If not try moving your apps around. Some apps don't like being on the uSD card and will disappear. If you have some on you system that you can move to the use,then swap for the ones that are disappearing.
 
Before I rooted and installed Link2sd this would happen to me also. Essentially what is happening is that you are running out of space on your phone's internal memory. Try deleting some apps so that you have about 20mb of space left and the problem should stop.
