disappearing dial pad

hello
I hope someone can help with galaxy ace gts5830 v11 problem.
When calling anybody after a few seconds the dial pad disappears
& I cant get it back, which is a bit awkward when having to press
another button for whatever reason,It`s very simple for somebody
out there,but not for me !
