Does anyone else have problems with the play music app? The stock music apps works ok for me.
I had a problem with it on CTMod, but I haven't really had a chance to mess with it on Megatron yet (I will when I go to work here in a couple hours, though). What problem are you having with it, exactly?

On another note, I extracted the audio notifications from the Verizon ROM I had lying around. I figured I would include the whole thing so people can use some of the sounds for their own phones if they like.
Verizon notifications - Just copy and paste the ones you want to "/sdcard/media/audio/<whatever>" or "/system/media/audio/<whatever>", where "<whatever>" is what you want to use the file for, then change the notification settings for whatever you want to use the sound for. For example, if I want to use one of the alarm sounds for a text alert, then I would move the "alarm.ogg" <--(not a real file) to /sdcard/media/audio/notifications. Then, I would go into the text messaging settings, and change my notification sound to "alarm". Just a side note, I've noticed occasionally that the name of the file sometimes won't match the name Android gives it when looking through the sounds list. So in our example, "alarm.ogg" may turn to "Ringing Bell" when we look for it in the text message settings. If that happens, just look for any that appear new.
@Chev: As for the bootup sound, I recommend "Droid" and "Droid_X2_Alert" in the "notifications" folder, and "Corrosion" in the "ringtones" folder, just to name a few (there are a bunch of good ones to choose from, so I'll let you decide

Also, before going to sleep last night, I happened to come across an update to the Xperia launcher. It adds a few more options (such as the number of rows and columns on the home screens and app drawer), but the one that really caught my eye is the ability to backup and restore the homescreen setup and launcher settings. Note that the program only allows for one backup at a time, so if you're coming from CTMod and you used the backup feature there, then if you install this and create a launcher backup with Megatron, it will overwrite the CTMod backup. And I
DON'T recommend restoring the CTMod launcher backup in Megatron (let's just not open that can of worms, k?

)
Xperia Launcher update - Create a CWM backup before installing, just to be safe. Navigate to where the .apk downloads to, and run it. It will give you a warning about modifying a system app. Hit "OK" to proceed anyway, or "Cancel" if you'd rather not risk borking your freshly silky-smooth Megatron'ed Ultra (courtesy of Chevanlol360 and Mavrikmeercat). I think the phone automatically requests a reboot after installing the updated launcher, but I highly recommend a manual reboot if not. All credit for the app goes to ra3al over at the xda Developer forums.
