Root [DISCONTINUED] MegaTron 6.2.5

Ok so the phone has been delivered and is currently locked up in my mail box until I get home on Saturday.
I will install MegaTron on the marquee, see if it runs as good as I want it to then I will begin porting swipe to clear notifications, as well as porting the new quick panel so everyone say goodbye to lidroid. A new quick panel means new themes such as green ics, black and white ics and pink/purple for the ladies out there. I'm tight on schedule but I plan to have this ALL COMPLETED in 2-3 weeks. So you will be seeing a new better and faster MegaTron early next month. Once again big thanks to everyone who donated or was planning to. I'll see you guys soon.

I see megatron is back in action alright :) you should also port dsp manager just saying but glad this project is up and running keep up the good work ^_^
 
OH HELL YEAH!!! Back in business!!!:D Thanks go out to the member who donated the phone and the other member who donated the shipping cost. You guys rock!

Chev, there's a couple dollars left over from the donation that's still in the PayPal account. The money was made as a donation for the Marquee and what's left over after covering the shipping should go to you. I'll just add that in when I make a donation in the near future bro.

EDIT: I just checked and there's $2.41 left over.

One thing I noticed that is a minor annoyance is the time that's displayed on the notification bar is right in the middle of the bar, which in itself isn't a problem but when you get 5 or more notifications showing up, they interfere with the time, overwriting it.

I'm trying to remember now how CTMod did this. I know the clock was over on the right side, so it doesn't get interfered with but I don't remember what happens if there's a screen full of notifications. The stock ROM puts a little icon with a number indicating how many other notifications are being suppressed on the bar. And then you can see what they are by pulling down the notification shade.

Anyway, not sure if this is a bug report or just an observation, but it is a bit annoying.

Thanks for the ROM though and I look forward to seeing what improvements come in the next version.

I just wanted to say that I noticed this too when I ran this rom on boost. I know how to change the clock. The notifications, like when you install a bunch of apps or restore with tb, keep moving to the right, overlaying the other items in the notification bar.

I just wanted to confirm what bpaulien said.

Is changing the clock something a user can do themselves without rebuilding the rom? Thanks :)
 
The problem with the clock is that i cant limit the amount of notifications being displayed in the statusbar. So heres what i've come up with. i can move the clock back to its original state to far right and no more notification icons will be overlapped or, i can keep it there and leave the 2 or 3 notification icons that are overlapped when your statusbar is filled until you hit the clear button. vote what you want.

reply CLOCK RIGHT to move the clock back to where is was or CLOCK STAY to leave it.
