He updated the To to fix the market issue and I can confirm it worked but I had a problem with android crashing when I tried to make a call :/
 
QueendreadHead you mean no boot after flashing the Megatron ROM? Have you tried holding volume down and power from a complete power off state not plugged into a charger? That should bring you to CWM where you can restore a backup if you made one as the instructions recommend.
 
I had a force close on 6.2.2 when making a call this morning, also had people tell me they had texted me last night and I never recieved them. Any time I tried to open any of my messenger apps they would force close before even starting, and I couldn't add any additional Gmail accounts as it just FC'd immediately when I tried. Couldn't find accounts and sync in the seetings either? I re-downloaded and re-flashed and still had the problem so I had to drop back to 6.2.1 for now
 
I have a problem with the way some notifications are displayed when I pull down the notification shade. Some times there are some that are displayed "white on white" (or at least really light grey on slightly darker grey) I didn't notice this before 6.2.1, and I haven't yet installed 6.2.2 so that might have been fixed already. But I thought it was worth mentioning.

Although I'm not sure if I'll install the new version, based on some comments I just read about not being able to make calls or texts.

So far, the notifications being hard to read is the biggest problem I have with the ROM. I'll have to give it some time to see if it's a deal breaker.

Thats with the MIUI theme right? im aware of it and will update the themes soon. Update coming again for bug fixes.
 
The problem that I'm having is. When my screen goes off and I tried to turn it back on. My phone freezes up in the screen stays black. The only way I can get it back on is to take the battery out. Then when it reboots it goes back to the setup wizard. The rom works well until my screen goes off or turn my screen off.

Sorry, I don't mean to be crass, but that is what updates usually do... I think Chev is doing an exceptional job responding to all the bug reports. Give him some time...

Again, no offense is meant. We are all anxious to see the update, but give him some time.

I have been with the Marquee since the beginning, and the work that has been done so far to improve it over stock has been wonderful, and I have learned a lot.

Kudos to ALL that have made this a wonderful little phone...

Not sure what to tell ya, update to 6.2.3 when i release it and if that doesn't fix it try going back to stock and see if the problem still occurs. Not sure why it would do that to your phone when everyone is running the exact same system with the exact same files whether your on boost or sprint. Did you wipe all data before installing the ROM?
 
Isn't this Marquee of ours a finicky little BASTARD? It's very strange how some phones, mine included, have hardly any trouble with the new ROM while others can't even boot.

Its not like I was asking for an eta or anything. Was just seeing if certain things had been brought to his attention cause not many people had mentioned it. Wasn't being rude just trying to see what there is to come

And I wasn't trying to be rude either... sorry if it came across that way.

But peppering Chev with these same bug reports and feature requests has to get tiresome at some point.

Again, I meant no offense.
 
Yes I wipe data....I am running ctmod right now and I did go back to factory ROM..... everything is working ok..... but hey man you keep up the good work... I just had that one little problem everything else is great with magatron... I know you'll get it together:D
 
It's an extra step, but anytime I've had issues I'll do a full wipe, flash the stock rooted rom, wipe again, then flash the custom rom. Doing this I've never had a problem. It helps ensure there is nothing left lingering from an old system.

If you're still having trouble, delete anything on your sd card you didn't manually add. I'll keep my music and images folders, but delete the rest. On boot the system will write the folders it needs. This keeps possibly corrupt data from old apps from seeping in.

Again it's a little more work, but if you follow these steps your almost guaranteed not to run into issues or force closes...

Also, just went to the Boost store and they've already got the S3 in stock. Man oh man that baby is EXPENSIVE!! Freakin' $400!! OUCH!!!!!!

The onandroid process doesn't seem to be working on my phone. I type "su" and I get the # prompt. I then type "onandroid" and it says "onandroid: not found" and returns another # prompt.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is something missing from my system that I need?

It shouldn't even be that much since the S4 is out damn boost ripping us off lol
 
Ok, new ROM installed and syncing. Look good so far. Fingers are crossed. :)




EDIT!!! DAMN THINS THING IS FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
