No it doesnt, Im creating this KitKat theme by scratch, cant even use UOT kitchen. This is all hands on work. When its released you can choose to stick with stock theme or use the kitkat theme. The KitKat theme will be the default theme. If you'd still like to use LG's UI theme there will be a flashable zip in the thread.

Theme or not, your work has been marvalous, magnificient, if you need someone for some sort of testing, ill be glad too, i love testing different kinds of roms
 
Hey chevan, I've been following your work since the Marquee (you are the MegaTron guy, right?) and I was wondering can you make the quick-memo button into a customize-able button for another app? Thank you and keep up the good work :D

I am the MegaTron Guy haha, that feature will be enabled in this ROM when released, LG thought they were slick by disabling it lol.
 
Not sure about chev, but when I'm doing things for free it can put me off to be asked when I'll be done. As mentioned above,patience is likely to yield reward. ;-)

I'm not that much of an old head but I know not to rush the ROM developers or even ask them about ETAs
 
And thanks for chev, who volunteered tp make this ROM for us, he is taking off from other things to make this for us, we should bow down before him and grateful
