Root {DISCONTINUED} SimplicityXL V3.0.0 {RELEASED 10/29/14}

Great ROM. I had the same deal. I use google play music and downloaded it off the play store and you can do the same with any camera app
 
Does anyone know if chevan will support d321 and the other variants for this rom build? soon enough or in the coming weeks.
 
planned international version d320? this is the only firmware for the line l70, it would be cool to see the firmware.

hey guys umm i need help i made a backup,installed the rom and i forgot to wipe cache,dalvik and data. i was easily distracted by my cousin so now I'm stuck at the LG logo. is there anyway i can fix this ? thanks

Also... How would I re-enable split window after restoring from backup? Everything worked great before I restored my nandroid backup... Usually when I buy a phone there's already Roms available. I've had my l70 for awhile and really would rather not have to reinstall everything to experience this Roms full functionality. Everything was gorgeous before restoring!

Same deal, flashed ROM but no Camera was included despite selecting stock camera in installation.

Can't get the camera apk to work either.

Moved it to /system/priv-app

Just keep getting a "camera has unfortunately stopped working.

EDIT: Ended up finding a .apk of the stock LG L70 app, move it to /system/priv-app and gave it full permissions (rwx-rwx-rwx) and it seems to now work.

Is there an option to reboot into recovery? I swear when i first had out installed i was able to do it using the power button. Maybe I'm just tripping lol.
 
That would be nice to use a key combo to boot directly into recovery. Unfortunately there isn't.......Yet
 
Love the Rom everything works great but their is no developer mode so I can't turn debugging on. I did figure out how to turn it on by plugging it into a USB port with pdanet but there's no option in the settings

1) Boot straight to CWM
2) Click on the location in which your ROM is located
3) Press install
4) Go through the AROMA installer and uncheck the reboot option before you click next.
5) As Aroma takes you back to CWM, wipe the data, cache, and dalvik-cache in that order.
6) Reboot!

I followed these directions and the ROM installed perfectly. Except I had no camera or music player (easy to install from Play Store). So far everything is great. The phone is unlocked and I'm using it on H2O Wireless and taking it to Mexico in a couple days to use with my Telcel SIM.
