Can someone post easier instructions? i would love to have my galaxy looking like this.

I will repost the file on a North American server.


But how does one, i get how to copy the file to the directory but not how to do this part here.

 I am rooted on this phone, do i go from a console and do something?

could you list the launcher and version you are using
and some of those apps you have like that last blue one (what is it and what is it for?)
 
i got it working but beware it is half Korean or Chinese still..

Changes your lock screen/notfication areas. Other then that its nice.

Mines not 100% installed proeprly though the time text is not white. It is black on black. hmm...
