So Apps2SD will move ALL apps to SD, irrespective of whether the developers have allowed this for their apps or not???
But SDmove will show me which ones I can move over and allow me to do it individually?
Isn't there a function on board with 2.2 that allows it anyway? Or have I got that wrong? If so, how does it work?

Thanks for that, diS. So if I understand correctly there is in effect no difference between Apps2SD and SDmove. They both do the same thing.
Any pros and cons with either of them? I've read elsewhere that SDmove insists on refreshing every time you move a single app...
Also to chime in here
Titanium has new featured that will allow you to batch move all apps to sd. Just check mark the ones you wish to move and leave unchecked them that need to be on the card.
Two issue with all this that I have found are
1) Apps that are on the SD card will not startup properly if they are set to do so during boot up.
2) Apps moved to SD card make it impossible to connect to the PC via USB cable for music transfers. When you plug in the android OS "unmount locally on the phone so that windows can mount it from the PC. This effectively disables any applications that are on the SD card until you unplug from the PC again. I haven't tried the dual mount app in market but its an option is this occurs with your phone.
