Do Not disconnect cable

Guess what i did? As i was updating to ZVD it was taking an extremely long time(i let it sit over night and it got to about 28% complete). So what do i do i disconnected it and now the screen is frozen no matter what i do (take out battery or try a hard reset). It says, "DOWNLOAD IS IN PROGRESS. DO NOT DISCONNECT CABLE." Its stuck on this screen and i went to Metro they couldn't do anything. I need help on fixing my phone. Am i screwed? Or can i fix it by some means? WON'T YOU PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

Same thing happened to me here, that walkthrough is legitimate. I did it a couple of days before it was written and have to make sure u follow it precisely
