I used to have small, plastic wrist watches when I was young, I ended up phasing out of them due to having little need for one, as I grew accustomed to not having to know the time at that moment. However, about a year back, I found the need for a watch, due to having to enter areas which required me to have the time on the spot, and without the use of a cell phone.
I currently have this on my wrist, it feeds off my kinetic energy, thus no battery, no limitation.
I got it due to it's simple, yet industrial looks and feels...and after spending about 4 months watching this specific watch, along with about 50 or others as part of my job, when Nordstrom had it's annual anniversary sale, I ended up buying it for 70% off the regular price, stacked with an employee discount. It still ticks away and I constantly get compliments about it when others ask me if they can take a look at it. I love how I never have to worry about winding it, as long as it's attached to my person. I'm currently in the market for a sports watch, one that I can use when I'm doing work which involves getting my hands dirty, or when I run around the lake.
