I just went to the website and found this extremely funny. The Dinc is down to about a 2day wait, while the X is up at almost a month.

I thought moto said there were "plenty of X's to go around"

The DINC has had it's date pushed back several times. It looks like it's holding up this time.

Moto did say that, but they underestimated the demand. They sold 300,00 units in the first week. Which ain't too shabby.
 
It is ironic since they were basically taking a shot at the EVO and Incredible, and now have the same issue themselves.. Touche, universe, lol..
 
Wow, VZ sure knows how to sell them. :) Better for us, Android is selling like hotcakes. And more on the way, The Captivate and that lower-end Motorola device leaked on engadget. Whoo

and just around the corner, gingerbread and, more importantly, dualcore phones!
 
I don't want LTE. Verizon is just going to use is as a good way to tier pricing and make us pay more.

Figure out how to put a 3500 mah battery in a 1500 mah casing and we'll talk again.

Yeah no one minds paying more for great phone and service. :) I will upgrade when the next baddie HTC phone comes along. 1280x720 resolution, Super AMOLED (or better), 1080p Recording, Dual-Core, long lasting battery would be heaven. And isn't too far off I think, but I dream. :D

it's good to dream. and don't get me wrong, i love htc and my incredible.... but you know they will release a phone with all that and then drop a 1100mah battery in it:D
 
Hey, I don't know if any of you guys have factored this in, but these phones are also being sold in other countries. I'm currently in China (i'm not asian btw) and I saw that the droid X is being sold on websites here, not to mention the Droid Incredible(thats how I got mine). China has a HUUUGE phone market, so it could be that other countries like China are snatching a bunch of 'em up as well. You'd be surprised how good some of these sellers' connections are. HTC is afterall, in Taiwan. Just sayin'~

lol. funny how that's the one piece of information anyone gave a rats-ass about. Or didn't give a rats ass about and decided to comment because of it.
