Nothing at all, I have a feeling LG will pull an HTC and take a year to release it when everybody is already on 3.0

Well I'm not saying for sure, I may be wrong, it just looks like it from the way its going, they just told us we'll get Froyo to shut everyone up and forgot all about it.

Sorry to disappoint you there but its a for sure we wont get it, 3.0 is going to be all about looks and because the LG Ally does not have a dedicated GPU and only 600Mhz main core we will not get 3.0, 99% sure.

I'm not really expecting to see 3.0 anytime soon prob in next 1-1.5 years, by then we'll be able to upgrade

I dont think it'll be too big of a problem, plus Verizon will usually let you upgrade 3-6 month's early if you preorder a phone and agree to have the extra time added to your contract.
