Does the lip drive you crazy?

Never noticed any problem with it. And if it does....to me it's not that big a deal in order to keep my phone safe and sound....LOL.
 
We have a pair of inc 2 phones and I have 0 issues with either. That ridge you speak of helps to protect the screen when you lay the phone face side down, plus it helps prevent accidentally touching the screen when you handle the phone and inadvertently opening an app.

As for cases, I have tried several and we prefer the cheap TPU S- line cases from China that cost about $3-$4 each. They are tough, fit perfectly, easy to hold, and not sticky like silicone cases. I have bought assortment of colors, they take a week to 10 days to arrive from China. Search eBay.... incredible 2 TPU s line case.

Only thing about these are they fit very snug and takes a little effort to pop them onto the phone. My son in law has an otter box and he doesn't care for it and neither did I. You can buy a dozen or more of these for less than one otter box.

I thought she was talking about the droid line. those have lip or chins. I didn't notice any lip on the incredible 2.

I'm talking about the sharpish edge your finger hits as you slide it from the screen across the bezel. I think I was surprised by the "edge" quality as it's not rounded slightly and feels quite prominent. I don't think you would normally notice it because when the screen is on, your fingers don't normally go from the screen across the bezel.

I love the Seidio case by the way! Very cool looking and an excellent fit, too.
 
I'll echo the other comments that I like the lip. On the (rare) occasions that I have music playing through the speaker I can put it face down on a flat surface and not worry about it getting scratched.
 
I also never noticed the lip until now. If you look at the lip however, in between the lip and the glass there is rubber which keeps dust, gunk etc from getting in there. Hope this helps!
 
I have dust on the edges of my phone, and I tried to take it out with my nail. But now its even worst... What should I do to take that crap out of there?
