Help Does the Samsung Epic support DRM

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows does the Samsung sph-700 Epic phone support Windows Media DRM protected content so I can add digital copies on the phone?

I've been able to put digital copies of movies I've converted on my Epic. I have not tried any actual digital copies though...

Yes, if you download Doubletwist, you can put your digital copy on your phone. However, I don't believe the DRM checks to see if it is valid.

At present, Android doesn't have native methods to deal with anyone's DRM, but Google is inking deals for that - not to access existing DRM related to movies/music so far as I know.

Best I can suggest is to search for grey-market tools that will strip out DRM.

Android Forums takes no part in advocating or supporting removing DRM for defeating copyright law - however - my personal view is that Digital Rights Management manages your digital rights much the same way that prison manages your freedom. So long as you're watching your movies on one device at a time, you're within your per-user license rights.

Hate DRM. Going for trilogy - really hate DRM. Just google for drm fail or see DefectiveByDesign.org | The Campaign to Eliminate DRM
