Does the tab support Audio calling via cellular (not voip)

Hi,
Just had a simple query if the tab supports calling over cellular
Or like a simple mobile phone , like simple dialing as we had in galaxy Tab 1 ?

Planning to upgrade from Galaxy tab 1 !!

Nope, has no cellular antenna.
