I have tried to do some wallpapers but they seem to always come out big even when re-sizing the images. It doesn't show the image right can someone please show me the right way on doing this....

Download wallpaper wizidrii from market. It fixes all that for you. Gotta mess with it and find the right setting but its a great app

Just choose the pic from your gallery and set it using PicSpeed
