so sorry for the extra post, i couldnt find the thread on the downgrade..
but i got it,
my problem was that my resolution on my netbook was too small to see the whole LGNSPT
so i couldnt push but what i did was
1. Press Wind + r
2. typed in "regedit" -without the quotations
3. under edit i found find-- typed in Display1_DownScalingSupported
4. then i modified the value of the string from 0 to 1
5. restarted the netbook..
6. changed the resolution to 1024 x 768
and started the LGNSPT and followed your directions...
Now i have successfully downgraded rooted and flashed on both my and my moms phone...
