Root Download Mode newb question

Hey guys, even though I'm new to the forum I have been scouring it for years. You guys are a great community! Now for the question. I got an esteem a while ago, which I rooted and installed the galaxy s3 rom. I ran with it for a while but then got my hands on an actual s3. So now instead of lying around and collecting dust I want to sell the esteem, but I want to get it back to stock or at least a stable rom as the s3 rom had a few bugs. I figured I would just put it in download mode and have the LGupdate tool take care of everything for me. However I can no longer access download mode since it was replaced by CWM and I can't seem to get a debloated stock rom to update therough CWM. I'm running ZTE if that matters. Thanks for the help guys any is appreciated!
 
you can try going to lg.com and dwnld the update tool and drivers let it update,or go to options and try the recovery tool and that should do it,good luck and let us know
 
Thanks brainz for putting up the link for the guy, i currently couldn't due it at the time, back in the er, another problem ! (heart)
