Help download unsuccessful

everytime I try to download movies/tv series/games from a piracy websites to my samsung galaxy note it tells my download unsuccessful

Hi, its not just the illegal files, I cant download anything from my mails or any file at all from the internet, this started 4 days ago, cant figure out what happened. Please help!!!
I use the gn 10.1
Software is 4.1.2
