Downside to purchasing through Wirefly?

whereismyorder dropped back to awaiting credit decision. Even though I have an approved e-mail.

I have an EPRP family plan (1600 min , unl data, text, mob-to-mob, for $139.99 for 4 lines) and placed an order through wirefly for evo as a line upgrade for a non-primary line that had upgrade option available. I got "1 Everything Data Family - Add-on Line Upgrade" for $19.99
I got status update from Wirefly with Sprint approval.
What im worrying about is my EPRP family plan changing or new lines being added or the existing addon lines being changed from $14.99 to $19.99.
Can you advise?
 
UPDATE: I've just been told we are on pace to run out of EVOs today, depending on the approval rate for the orders we have received. I just want to clarify my previous statements.

I believe that the $19.99 add-a-line is the only add-a-line plan that Sprint will activate the EVO on. Plus there's a $10 Premium 4G data feature required.

Is there anyway to verify that before commiting on the upgrade? I understand the $10 Premium part, but dont want any changes to my plan other than contract upgrade/extension.
Again my plan is Everything Plus Family 1600 where line 1-2 are $109.99 and lines 3-4 are $14.99 each (using Sprints VP Russ McGuire discount: McGuire’s Law Russ McGuire)

Are the orders processed according to the time they were ordered or by priority (new lines, renewals, etc first and off contract last priority)?

i ordered at 9:17pm PST (12:17am EST) so hopefully i'll be one of the first in line... :)

I hope all orders waiting to be approved today will be guaranteed shipment once that approval comes (assuming it goes through in time today). Ordering at 12:08am is not joke! I have no idea why I am still on delay. Grrr.
 
just placed my order for two on a new family plan and chose next business day shipping. if my order doesn't go out today, can i change the shipping to 2 business day shipping instead?

also, can we get a clarification on why the $20 increase within hours of going on sale?

I'll take a stab at it. It's called supply and demand. If Wirefly_Scott has said they are on pace to be "sold out" by the end of the day, obviously this phone is popular and is going to move at different and higher price points.

FYI- Sprint called me this morning to verify my identity (which I don't mind), and both the ladies I talked to in customer service and credit departments said things are crazy busy. They have processed a ridiculous amount of orders and the one girl told me it is the most Sprint has done before. Take it for what its worth, but I would say find the best deal you can and get it, because if the phone keeps going like this, they will be backordered just like the Incredible and that would suck for a lot of people. :(

Based on order volume, Wirefly is now projecting out-of-stock by end of day and will soon be changing our stock status to "Ships in 5-7 days."

Orders are still being processed today as they are approved.

The EVO is not out of stock. We are projecting that it will be out of stock by the end of the day based on order volume. We will be shipping EVOs all day. Last FedEx truck leaves after 7:00pm.

Credit card authorization, fraud screens, schedule for activation (that's where the number is assigned), packing and shipping!

You are correct that you can't put the EVO on a SERO plan. If you order from Wirefly, choosing one of the available plans, then you can call Sprint after the phone is activated to have a corporate discount added. This does not trigger a deactivation notice.
 
Will the people who have already ordered before the 5-7 days notice goes up but are still in the processing status. Get delayed?
 
I just ordered from them for $190, no shipping charge on slowest shipping rate (I'm not that much in a hurry), plus no taxes in California (saving $45), plus $50 (hopefully) from Bing.
