Drag Racing

Hello my first post. I have seen a couple of people ask this question without any answer to it. Does anyone know why in Drivers Battle you drive identical cars that cant be upgraded or tuned and near the end of the race some people have a little extra boost to help overtake and win the race? How can this be when in drivers battle the cars are exactly the same? I an winning with my car at top speed so how can they overtake? Their car must have the same top speed as my car so if I'm winning and in top gear and speed it cant be possible ti overtake. They don't just slowly pass but overtake at considerable speed. Remember this is in Drivers Battle mode where the cars can't be upgraded or tuned. You race with what you are given.

I am new here also and have dealt with the frustrations of the game. All I can say is keep working at it and experiment with shift points. I try very hard not to look at what the other cars are doing in the race and instead concentrate on my rpms. I am a level 10 and running the SSC Ultimate Areo. Finally have it down to a EDIT 10.924 in 1/2 mile and EDIT NEW TIME 7.573 in the 1/4 mile and still working with it in tuning

A little hint to those that are tuning, your best tunes really look unorthodox and are completely different from the stock tunings supplied with the cars

The whole idea is to keep your revs up and not drop the needle in shifts. I am just a hair from taking the World Record and hope to nail it within a month. Yes, a month because incremental changes mean a lot and just because you gained a 10th just means you have a long road ahead of you to get the extra 6/10ths. I am starting to suspect that some of the upgrades in max mode are not needed and can actually hurt the cars performance so I will be investigating some of them like eliminating some of the Intake/Exhaust stuff to eliminate a little unwanted wheelspin

I plan to stop in here and see how everybody else is coming along. The important thing is to beat those that are using cheats while I am sitting here with a headache trying to gain a 1000th

I've been trying to race online for the past day or so, but I keep getting "no online opponents found, please try later". I'm also trying to create an online account and I can't do that either (no specific error message). Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?
 
Guys i need help............i want the the best tuning for porsche carrera 911!.....plz help me as i dnt understand the tuning part i guess u all cna help in dat!!

Looks like whatever problems the game was having has been fixed. It was working fine for me today. A friend was having similar problems on Saturday so it just wasn't me.
 
I tried to beat the level 4 boss, no success. Guides on the internet told me to get higher level car to beat it. I purchased one and now it says "Career level 5 is blocked, please complete the previous stage". So then.. Anyone has any clue on how to actually beat the level 4 boss?
 
Well I got him.. Now I'm wondering why some people take off so nicely with the yellow lambo in online games where the opponent has the same car as you. My car struggles to move in the start and I leave behind like 2 seconds.
 
I assume my post below can't be answered so my assumptions are that they are cheating and time to name and shame. I will hopefully put videos on at a later date for proof.
It mainly seems like it is with the Novitec Rosso 599GT8 on level 7 it happens.
The people I think are cheating.

so simple and casual make it so addictive..

still using the r34 and my best time in 1/4 is 10.1xx , been smoked by other r34 doin 9.6xx ...grrr

*update:
now on lvl4 using subaru, able to make it run at 9.6 , but still got smoked by bmw making 9.5 :( damn!

Hi. am new to this, I too have had problems logging on to the online races for the past 3 days now. I keep getting 'server to busy' and 'no online opponents found' has been a little frustrating, :confused: has anyone else been having similar problems? and does anyone have any solutions to this? thanks in advance
 
hi im new here and im addicted to this app and i was looking for some help with my bmw m3.. im making 5.583 with my tune but i was hoping someone could help me out to lower it to the 5.57's i would apreciate the help guys! please and thank you!
 
I am also new to this. I have reached level 7 and have the Zonda maxed at the $1300000 mark and tuned but cant beat the level 7 boss. I then bought the Audi R8 and trying hard but just can't do it. any tips on beating level 7 or appropriate tuning??

In fact i'm totally lying its the one before the level 7 boss with the AM one-77 at 1/2 mile. I can take off and stay in front for about half of the race, but then he zips past with ease and off into the distance.

I am trying to beat the career challenge currently in level 8 & playing online to accumulate $ & respect points.
I went from Honda S2000 to M3 till I was able to get the 599.
I fully upgraded the 599 & tuned it & now I do 12.365 & am wining more than 75% of the online races & only lose to guys who are able to make 12.364 again with a 599.
Mine is fully white.
I just bought the venom & trying to upgrade it so in a way my cars are the 599 & the venom since I have sold the s2000 & M3.

Can the venom take me all the way since I only have the boss in level 8 ?
If not whats the best to go from level 8 & on.
And what do you guys think of my record with the 599 ?
Obviously I go by the name of Arabiano while online :D

I wiped the floor with him with an M3 fully upgraded without tuning.
What car do you have ?

Oh and how people are able to cheat ?

Hi, everyone. How awesome is this game? I am stuck which is why Iam asking for help. I have a level 7 fully loaded Aston Martin and I am unable to beat the same? Aston Martin AM one-77 over a mile. Any ideas on shifting, upgrades etc, etc? :D
 
Hello, new here. I love this game, it's so addicting! I tell all my drag racing friends about it. Been playing about a week now. Started out with a SRT4 till I could afford the EVO. Really been mostly doing the Driver's Battle to earn cash and RP. Found this forum today and ended up getting the Novitec Rosso 599 GTB after reading about all the users who love it. Only had enough cash to lighten the beast but already love it. Now back to the Driver's Battle!

Got one question, are we really racing against other users in the Driver's Battle? It seems to find someone awfully quick.

Hi all. Has anyone been having problems activating the 'garage' section in the game? as mine has been frozen for the past 4-5 days!! but I can only race online with the cars that I have but can't purchase cars or tune any existing ones. any suggestions?
