I bought it from my Verizon Wireless store (sells for $30, but can be less if you have a discount with them on accessories). I hooked up the case to my phone today and it's great. It comes w/ 3 pieces. One for the back, a small plastic frame for the front, and then a holster to put the phone into. The box claims that it also works w/ an extended battery, but I can't test that out since I just have the stock battery. I'm really happy w/ the case so far. Time will tell how durable it'll be.Where did you purchase this? I have the extended battery, and 2 useless cases as they don't fit
Id really like to pick up a case that fits the extended battery so any help would be appreciated![]()

Do you mean the GPS window mount? I have no idea since I don't have one, but the case does add some thickness, of course.Any idea how well this works with the Vehicle dock?
Thanks
I mentioned in another thread here that I picked up the OEM shell/hoslster combo with kickstand for Droid 3 from VZW today. On the box, it says, "Works with extended battery & multimedia station".
Perhaps ask the VZW store folks if they know if it's compatible like that. Good luck!Anybody able to use the multimedia station with the shell/holster combo case on the phone? I can't seem to get mine to work together. I removed the inner piece on the mutimedia station but it still does not seem to fit.
.. I geuss you could pull it off because it kinda gets on there, but it doesnt fit right and the case kinda just hangs there and its not all the way on... really a bummer. It is like impossible to find a case that you never have to take off isn't it.Not bad, but it doesn't seem to have the kickstand, so not quite the same thing as the VZW version. But good find for someone who wants a cheap case/holster and doesn't care about the kickstand.I just received my Qmadix case today.

I usually hate cases, but this one is great. Has a not too bulky and has a great feel too it. I don't know how much i'll use the holster... but when its in there the phone is really protected. Some of the reviews on amazon said the piece on the screen interferes with the top row #'s just a hair, but I have not noticed this at all (I typed just numbers with it on and off and I thought it was fine). The holster slip rotates 180 degrees. Great case AND great price. (I never buy accessories from VZW. TOO EXPENSIVE -_-)

I'm currently using the kickstand on my phone, BTW. I can't believe how useful that is when I'm sitting down in front of a desk.
.Yeah, since you have a tablet, I can see the kickstand not having merit. For me, I never had a phone w/ a kickstand, although my previous phone (LG enV Touch) had a case that would let me watch the inner screen at a 45-deg. angle. The kickstand of the OEM case/holster rocks and can be used both portrait and landscape modes.ah ic. didn't know it had a kickstand. I have a tablet so in most situations I wouldn't really wanna watch stuff on my phone, so no need for a kickstand for me.
I haven't used the holster part as much as I thought I would.Cool that the qmadix also has a kickstand (I assume it works for both portrait and landscape modes). VZW's OEM case/holster also requires the screen to be facing in when in holster mode. That did seem a little odd, but it's not hard to remove the phone from the holster to use it and it seems pretty secure while it's in the holster.Actually the qmadix does have a kickstand but there is a design flaw that the phone with the case on it will not go in the holster with the screen facing out.
