Damn son... what time zone you in again? It's 1am here....

Same here. Good ole east coast.

BTW how do these emulators work on the Incredible? There is only a few games I REALLY want from an emulator, Two being Chrono Trigger (STILL havnt been able to play this game. Almost bought a DS JUST for the game) and Chrono Cross (Favorite game of all time). Plus I like some of the other games on the market. My only real concerns are screen size ( I play on my Itouch and the screen works great), controls, and the level of computer know how for ROMS and such...

I have no idea what a ROM even is...

BTW

Chrono Trigger -SNES(I think)
Chrono Cross-PSX

LOL, pretty easy... not so sure about DS emulators though.... a rom is just the game image file

the emulators are fun except that the button layout on the screen is pretty difficult to use for some games

You are able to use custom layouts correct? And what about the touch screen options. Can you use that to select menus/options and such?

morning-type bump. Been up for awhile. Greeted newbies. (It's harder from the cellphone). Doing the bathrooms, off to the gym, then off to work, then off to a church men's retreat for the weekend. I'll be OL today, though, from work.

what i mean is the on screen buttons (no matter where they are) can be difficult to keep hitting. say for example mario kart.... steering is a bitch

That's a bummer. It will make it that much sweeter when you finally do get your phone:D

Exactly!! Problem is that im having second thoughts again. I like the Incredible for what it is but at the same time I would like to get something newer so I know it wont be phased out so quick...im looking at the Fascinate now. Im just so stuck on Sense that touchwiz is a bit no bueno.

The problem with technology is that it progresses so fast that there will always be something newer, better, faster, cooler just over the horizon. While the Incredible may come to end of life before the fascinate, HTC and Verizon should continue to support it (at least until you are due for your next upgrade). The best thing to do is go with what makes you happiest at the time. If you keep waiting for the next best thing, you'll end up no getting anything.

If there's no wifi at the place that we're having the men's retreat this weekend......

WIRELESS TETHER, BABY! WIRE

LESS!

Thanks Goat. Reminds me of working on antennas while in the Navy. Not nearly that high though. Not too comfortable with heights but I can deal.

They couldn't pay me enough to get me up on that thing!

I once had to climb a radio station's antennae in Rocky Mount, VA to change the beacon light bulbs. I was a dumb kid then and I thought that the way it swayed in the wind was fun, and it was no where near as high as this one. No thanks! LOL

I would never ever climb a structure like that, I would get vertigo like crazy. I'm never really thought I was that afraid of heights until I saw that video, I used to regularly cliff jump when I was younger (even took a header off a 100ft. cliff, long story). But just watching that video made me nauseous...

I'm not even going to mention....
9300.... the countdown to 10k continues, ladies and gentlemen.

Are we still doing Vegas after 10,000?

Maybe at 10.6 K, at which time I'll be the highest human poster. At 11.somthing K I'll be the highest poster of both bot and human.

Edit: I'm on the top of the page, again! Yaaaay! (Why do I like that so much?) ;)
