Hi Shorty. I'm very happy with my Incredible and haven't had any issues with the signal strength. The external speaker (not the earpiece) has been the one weak point in my phone. It is blown so sound from the speaker is rattlely at higher volumes.

GB is Gingerbread (android 2.3). The leak is supposed (I can't verify this) to be a test version of HTC implementation of it for the Incredible.
