I'm making them in the morning. You're welcome to join us. It'll be my daughter, our little cousin, Pop-Pop and myself. :D

Sounds like fine company and I appreciate the invite. I guess I'll have to do without for a bit longer. Might make a tough commute to slam pancakes and make it to work by eight :)

Ok.. I have to ask... who or what is pop-pop?

Would have to be a very early breakfast.

Pop is our adopted Grandfather. We used to live in an apartment below him. When we moved out my brother and I still went down the street, literally 5 houses, to see him on weekend mornings. When my parents bought the house we're in now they made sure to find a two family with a mother-in-law type apartment so he could come with us.

Outstanding! I love relationships like that!! Pop-Pop must be quite a guy to build such a cool relationship on merit!

I was also going to ask how old is your daughter? I raised three... oldest 37 youngest 21... my baby. Girls are fun... soft hearts and lots of kisses.

All I can say is... they grow up in spite of what you do. Love them... always be there for them.. try your best to be a part of their social circle.. and don't make the mistake of thinking they are more innocent than you were at their age.

Was a fine weekend all in all. I watched a lot of basketball... I love college bball.
How was your weekend? It's about time to start the garden and beds lol. Seems like I just got them cleaned up.

Weekend was fun. Went to the circus and enjoyed time with my daughter and cousins.
Hope yours was good too Skorp!

Good to see HTC continuing the Dinc lineup.

These legacy threads are a testimony more to our community rather than the phones. The famous dinc thread was over two years ago. Wow. Just. Plain. Wow.

It is mind bending. I said a few pages ago... the Dinc was the common ground that forged the friendships here. But the friendships will far outlast the phone... though it's one heck of a phone. Mine still sits proudly above my desk on it's special shelf.
