My reference to extended family was of your family here blkbelt. I know you well enough to know your worries are with immediate family. I'm very sorry. I lost my mother to cancer when I was 25. Mothers are precious. Don't panic. The medical field has come a long ways in dealing with the disease. Be supportive and positive. Know that your friends here have your family in our thoughts and prayers.

What's up Incredibles? You guys have been slacking on keeping this thread going lol. Hope everyone is doing well, and that everything goes perfectly with your mom's surgery, Blkbelt. Doctors can do amazing things these days, so keep the faith.

I had the last post for near a month  Great to see ya Gmash. I hope the wind is in your sails.

Hey yourself! Good to be back in the old thread. I just wish I wasn't so sick. Worst part is, I'm pretty much out of sick leave, so I gotta go to work tomorrow.

The thread does feel good. It's like putting on those worn out sweats. :)
Sorry to hear you have been sick. Flu or some other crudola? I hope you shake it. Working when sick stinks.

Not sure what it is. Stuffy, sore throat, etc. And, since I have asthma, whenever I get sick with anything, my asthma goes nuts. Thankfully this is my off Friday.

Sounds like the same thing I'm trying to fight. I'm about 95% sure mine is because spring seems to finally be here and I go through this each time we have a big seasonal change.

Allergies can be devastating. My sister suffers so and has all her life... especially every spring. I got lucky I guess, I'm not much bothered if bothered at all. We both love to work outside.. garden etc. It kills her.. just kills her. I'm so sorry you two are suffering.
I know how that really stinks!

I consider myself to be rather lucky. Haven't been actually sick for 20+ years

Plenty of other stuff has gone wrong though :)

hummm nice and cozy home thread ... I have passed the flame on and my little old incredible is getting a second life thanks to a friend of mine who uses it only on wifi for now but its better then it sitting in my desk collecting dust ... it brings a tear to eye to see it running ICS with ease and being in a good hands :D

I handed mine off to my youngest daughter. Her phone quit her so she borrowed the Dinc until she decided what she wanted for a replacement. That was three months ago lol.
I asked her about it... hey, what's the deal with the Dinc? She says.. you know, this is a hell of a phone. She's right.

SO I got word that my little brother killed my DINC2 and trying to get a replacment so the original out lived its younger (not much better) brother :D :D :D

that my friend is the best idea that i have ever herd :D:D:D do you have the number to that hotline???

I think it's 1-bro-has-togo. :) It's funny about brothers. I wanted one so bad when I was a kid. My older sister was like a stranger most of the time and when forced to be social.. she was an enemy lol. Years later we are quite close but man I would have traded her for a brother in a heart beat when growing up.

My best buddy has three brothers. They don't get together often but you can count on a good fight when they do lol. They are all very close in age and have fought like that since they were kids. Don't ever mess with one of them though.
You will have to fight all of them.

yeah O always wanted a sister HAHA but the 8 1/2 year difference in age i think makes it hard he is a freshman in high school and me being in college and away makes for a interesting family dynamic

I bet it does. I'm sure that many years has always made him seem a bigger pain than a brother. When you are forty five and he is thirty seven... it'll be a different story.
Until then... oh brother :)
