I'm with you there, it is very different, which is probably the problem. Given a little time i'm sure i will get used to it.

I agree. I don't know who's advice the admins are taking (maybe a new Mod's?) But it is really straying away from the "norm" of online forums. I belong to dozens and have been a mod in many in the past, so one that differs from the accepted formats is hard to follow.
