I agree. the newbies are NOT gung ho neat freaks like i was.

Well it hard to work in the shadow of greatness.:D

@Goat, i know what you mean, being a noob at this and the fact like 5 new guides are from the incredible is a little daunting. I went to move a thread earlier and before i could hit the move button someone else already moved it. To the point were i am a little 'gun shy'. I for one would love some advice/constructive criticism from you and steven. I see now what a good job you guys were doing.

I wish the newbies would be neat freaks or at least relevant thread freaks? The boards are blowing up today!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the mods' and guides' probation stick should be wielded more these days.

Well, things have changed. There are a lot of guides, now. Initially, I didn't want to do it, but I did want to clean up the incredible section as it had really gotten messy since the big thread. The next thing I knew my avatar was green. There was a lot of work to do and I got cracking. I made folks mad because basically this section was a free-for-all. Perhaps I moved too many things. I was fanatical. I calmed down. When another guide came in he was also zealous. I hit MOVE and find out that he had already done it. Fine.

Advise? I would say that you we careful not to appear to be working at cross purposes with your fellow guides. If someone disagrees with your decision, don't make a big thing of it. Forget and move on. I learned that. There was another guide who disagreed with a lot of things I did and PM'd me daily and reported me to the mods. Finally, instead of fighting I just let it go and decided to mind my own business. That's the best thing you can do.

Don't try to do too much. Be calm and cool. I think I tried so hard to do a good job that it wasn't viewed as such. In any event, if I can help you out in any way, feel free to pm me.

This. plus don't take things too seriously, communication is an issue with so many guides in here, and if someone moves something you already moved or decided it didn't need to be moved it can cause an issue. Frequent the Guides forum and merge merge merge ;)

I haven't touched anything, I've been too busy at work and I also want things to clear up a bit with all the guides. pretty much just watching to see the habits the new guys have ;)

I appreciate it guys. I agree that communication is the key. With all the new guides that section is CRAZY busy also. I feel we need a place to talk 'strategy' but everything (right now) is about the new sticky process. Hopefully things calm down some. And i will at least come to you guys (steven and goat) for help. To me you guys are the Vet's and are owed your due respect in these matters.

Me too. It seems to me that with so many guides, I'm kinda out of work. I can kick back.
