It is not. It recognizes your IP address. That means you can't vote from different PCs that are NAT-ed behind a home router, either.

fyi, it seems to accept one vote from every browser on my PC (firefox, safari, chrome, IE, Opera) and it seems to accept the vote from each PC on my network... that's not how the last vote worked. I wish I had time to run around to every PC...

Ok...after a couple of hours I am finally able to vote again. :)

Slowed down my voting so I don't get banned again ;)

Banned for the second time :(. Using the proxy worked for a while (using a second computer and tethered to get around the firewall :cool:), then got blocked too:confused:.
 
They are either power voting like us or have some source with massive traffic that we are unaware of because they are racking up votes REALLY FAST.

Or bitter DROID users ;)
 
I'm almost tempted to rally troops from elsewhere...but still worried about revenge coming in to play
 
Wait, I thought the Droid beat the palm back in March? I am so gonna laugh if the incredible loses.
 
50/50?! How is it this close?! I like webos... but the pre isn't even in the same league as the Dinc. You Incrediblers need to get on your job... and go vote!
