Help Droid tracking capabilities?

I took a picture of a television with my droid and it gave the address of the owner of the television. Then I took a picture of another television and it gave me the wrong address. Does this mean that the first tv has the capability of being tracked or does it mean that the droid isn't right everytime?

It gets location data from either GPS (if GPS is on) or from the location of the nearest Verizon cell tower. There is a setting in camera mode that lets you store this data with the picture you take. The television had little to do with it . . .
