Can you browse the web on it? It could be the wifi connection.

If it doesn't work, try a factory reset and setting it up again.

Yes i can browse and i tried reseting 3 times

Ok for some reason it didnt work when i had thunderbolt tethered to mac with mac broadcasting signal and droid 1 connected to that.. the browser did work though.. maybe because i didnt pay for easytether so it wont connect to https sites.. now it works as im home.
