Droid X and the Blockbuster App?

I have never seen this application before, and I have no idea how it works, however I have one quick question about it: If you have the service where they send you movies to your home and you can return them, with a monthly fee, does that mean you can rent movies on your Droid X without a extra charge? Sorta how Netflix works? If so.. <3
 
So you can rent and watch movies on your phone with netflix? How much a month do you have to pay for that and how many movies can you rent? Does it download to your SD card or do you have to stream it?

Being able to rent movies on my phone to watch on an airplane is the one thing I still miss about my iPhone.

Im not 100% sure, I assumed that because there was a Netflix application on the iPhone, and relating how the Xbox 360 Netflix application can download movies to it under the subscription, I assumed that the iPhone could. I am quite curious on how this Blockbuster application will run though.
