Droid X Physical buttons seem loose?

Hello Droid x owners is it just me or do the bottom 4 physical buttons on the droid x and the camera button feel flimsy, cheap,or loose??

My hard buttons arent loose but the camera button is. I would imagine this is due largely in part to it being a two tier button.

I wish moto hadn't made them rocker buttons. They feel really cheap. Everything else about the phone is really solid except for those buttons, and I still cant figure why they would do that. They should be individual buttons just like virtually every other smartphone (minus those with capacitive buttons... i hate those even more.)

Yeah, agreed the 4 buttons seem a little "loose". As long as they keep working, I don't care.

I've read that the camera button was designed to be "squishy" to avoid accidental turn-ons. That's probably a good thing, because when I'm talking, my right thumb is right on that button! :-)

I read somewhere, that the droid 1 was the same way, but the buttons didn't wear out. Me? I don't care. My phone is so covered by every kind of insurance and warranty that it doesn't matter. :)

Mine have a slight up and down rocking motion. But they don't feel loose or cheap enough to fall out of the phone, not yet at least.

I thought the physical buttons would be a plus, coming from the Eris that had HORRIBLE capacitive touch buttons. I tried the Inc's buttons in the store, and they were a dream compared to the Eris. I chose the X over the Inc, and yes, the physical buttons are probably my biggest pet peav about the phone. But not big enough to make me drop the X.

I consider them a small minus in a vast sea of pluses.

They wiggle up and down a tiny bit but the thing is they don't feel cheap which is the important thing to me.

One reason I gave up the Dinc for the DX was for the hard buttons. Really hated exiting games and apps by brushing against soft buttons. Loose or not (mine are fine), definitely prefer hard buttons.
