Root Droid X problem..

I rooted my Droid X a while back, and yesterday i loaded a custom ROM. Fission... i decided to try more ROMS.. so i flashed Apex, Liberty and finally Tranquility.

I liked Liberty. But now, my phone wont boot into recovery mode...

Bootstrapper wont do it, and Rom Manager wont either...

What can i do?

Please help.

Ive googled it for a whole day, i found out something about a SPL, but i cant find any help.

Please help!

My droid x wont go into recovery mode.. Ive tried this all.. I googled this issue and read something about an SPL, but i dunno what to do or how to do it..

please help me man

Umm I responded to your other post. Both are in the droid 1 section. The above posts will not work for you and you can actually damage/brick your phone doing what we do with our phones since you have a locked bootloader. You need to post in the Droid X section which I have linked below. They will explain how to use bootstrap recovery to do what you are asking.

Hi suquet.paul, I've moved your post to the Droid X Root forum where you will be able to get the assistance you need for your phone.

Paul,

You're going to find a lot of help in this place. The DX root forum is the right place for your question. Faber knows a LOT. I'd do what he suggests.

I also had a thought. I would try uninstalling and then re-installing DX Bootstrapper and ClockworkMod Recovery. First do what Faber says.

Let us know how it works. We'll be there for you and guide you through, but we need your feedback on what seems to work and what doesn't. When you tell us this, it helps us diagnose the problem better. Welcome!!!

Steven
