Help Duplicate folders

I purchased my Motorola Droid 2 days ago and linked my Outlook through an exchange server yesterday. I have several folders that I created in my Outlook but now on my Driod, I have each of these folders 3 times. Is there a way to delete the duplicate folders? Thanks.
