Root DX and D2 bootstrap?

I have been using DX bootstrapper to do everything so far but I'm kinda getting annoyed trying to remember to turn off USB Debugging and then turn it back on for TiBu.
So I found D2 Bootstrapper on the CM7 Rootzwiki page. My question is: do just uninstall the DX version like any other app and then install the D2 Bootstrapper? Is there a problem with having both on the phone at the same time? Thanks all!

I had both on my phone for a long time. You will only be using one or the other at any given time, so it really doesn't matter if both are present.

Here ya go! 8 hours later. Place this on to the Root of your SD card, Install thru Clockwork Recovery, Plug in to your 3D televisions HDMI port and place a fan in front of your TV facing you. Enjoy!!
