Root DX Gingerbread 2.3.3 Update.zip released! TBH

For those asking about the link right now this is only able to be downloaded in the Team Black Hat application, $1.99 on the market. Well worth it IMHO for all the hard work they do for us.

It sounds like there will be a public link up in about 72 hours for those not wanting to get their application.

so i just download run through rom manager
wipe data and cache and install right

Because someone who stole the app has posted the file, we will be going public sooner rather than later, stay tuned for mirrors

Edit: they are also saying that Moto will probably be sending C&D letters for every link, so probably gotta be quick if you want it. :)
 
Really kinda pissed. Paid for the app(gladly) tried to do this the second it popped up, 5 Failed downloads later and I still don't have it. Some 12 year old gets it and spits in the devs face by mirroring it.

Yeah, I already had it downloaded through TBH app but I just thought I would post the info. They made it public, so I guess no one should feel bad about getting it now.

But, I also recommend everyone donate to "all" the devs that support our device. It won't last forever and we should provide some support to the ones that are still willing to keep developing for these excellent devices. :D

Its unfortunate that someone did that. But downloading from the TBH app was so slow. Lol.

Totally agree! All we can do is encourage people to keep donating.

My first try at dl'ing I was at 7% after 90 minutes. I just said screw it and restarted it and it dl'd in about 15 minutes. :D Got lucky I guess.

Yep. 15 seconds and it's mine. Fell better now. lol
 
I'm gonna try MyBackupPro (Trial version), which supposedly backs up app market links and data without root.

If this works, then I should have everything I need with GB:

1) smooth UI (stock GB should hopefully be smoother than OC'ed Liberty)
2) tethering (gonna use USB tether while I wait for root)

I'll keep y'all updated
