Download and Install Instructions


Installing Firmware

1. Download this file from the TBH app (public release in 72 hrs)
2. Use Bootstrap to get your phone into recovery.
3. Create a backup (This is not compatible with new firmware)
4. Install the Firmware using recovery
1. select install zip from sdcard
2. choose zip from sdcard
3. navigate to teamblackhat folder
4. select the file you downloaded
5. Restart phone

If your phone bootloops you need to enter recovery and wipe data:

1. hold down x and power button
2. when you see the triangle hold down both volume buttons
3. select wipe data/factory reset ---press power button to select
4, reboot system

10 minutes and I just got to 1% lol
so I understand how to get this on there (flash the zip from the app in CWR) but how do we get back if this build hasnt been rooted? He said you can use the .340 zip from TBH app but its supposed to be flashed in CWR... how do you flash something in CWR without root?

I'm assuming SBF is the only way...the .340 full SBF that is.
 
SBF if you want root again.

p3droid asked that some kill their downloads. Their server has 3140 internet vampires sucking on their bandwidth. lol

yeah I just went back through the tweets again. I must have missread or miss understood.
looks like a sbf is required to get back, which means Im holding off until I will be near a windows XP computer (for the life of me I have never been able to get rsd to work on my win 7 computer :( )

then respectfully id ask that you cancel your download and free up bandwidth for those of us currently downloading that plan to install...

Are you guys gonna do a factory reset? Flash maderstcok first??...p3 doesn't list it in the instructions unless you bootloop??...

I plan on wiping first. No mader though.

First time I am upgrading firmware though. Pucker factor is at about an 8...

OK just killed mine, I was only at 3% after 20 minutes using WiFi. Worst case to me is that I don't get any work done tomorrow morning at work. I can't wait to get this build on my phone.

Make sure if you cancel your download to go in and delete what you got before you start it up again, it sounds like it is causing people problems when they get it done later and try and install it.
 
flashed and running...just got back to the Android setup screen...ill let you know how it goes from here on out

OK, I am flying, well moving quicker this time. I kicked my son off of Xbox Live with his friends and after 2 minutes I am as far as I was after 30 minutes the last time. Sorry I pay for the internet connection so I get the priority, he will just have to call them on the phone if he wants to talk to them.
