It was hot and it was humid and it was windy today. By the time I was finished mowing my lawns, I was soaked. I came home and cooled off for a few. I knew I wasn't going to get to ride tonight because I wanted to watch the Chiefs play the Broncos. I only rode 34 miles and had to work at that. There was nobody on the sidewalk.... for a reason. We set a new record high for Wichita today. It was that hot. It is also the hottest September on record so far. I was glad I got in a good ride but I've suffered leg cramps tonight. Brutal weather!
