Help E-mail Syncing Help

I've only had my S4 for a week. I've noticed that e-mails sent from my S4 are not syncing with my Windows Live Mail application. They are also not showing up in the Sent Folder of my web-server. I have it set up as IMAP and the Sent e-mails from my Samsung Admire was always syncing with Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, and my Exchange Server.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't find a setting on the phone that says what folders to sync specifically.

I had a similar problem with the gmail app. I fixed it with this: Go into Settings, Data Usage, menu button, Autosync data needs to be checked.
