from the ZVB, can I use the Alex777 suggestion by putting the ZVD stock into the "backup and restore" menu at my CWM based Recovery v5.0.2.7?

Also, I see an option "wipe data/Factory reset" on my CWM based recovery v5027
What will be happened if I choose this menu? Will it bring to the stock?

In that case you can use the LG Update tool which will put you on bone stock Gingerbread. When you do a factory reset from CWM, you will bring it back to stock but it will still be rooted and have CMW on it.

You can use that tool and it will upgrade your phone to the latest firmware which is ZVE but you will also lose root.

you will lose root,but you can reroot and jump on the galaxy rom or 2 v3.0 : )
