titanium backup and im pretty sure there is a app on the market that let you flash your aps thru a zip file
App 2 zip makes a flashable zip of all the apps you want
I had Titanium Backup, but I was not aware of that feature. I only used it to save app data, not the actual app itself. For the record, app2zip won't restore app data. It doesn't work right. Also, Titanium now has this feature. If you click the checkmark and scroll down to the "Recovery" section there is an option to make a flashable zip of apps and data!
To the op, just use any backup app like others have said. Use something like Titanium backup, rom toolbox, or my backup.

My Backup works nicely, saves app data and is very easy to use.
Google's backup services have served me well.
All I've ever used. Works great.
I'm restoring 100+ apps with data, so yeah about 10 minutes for a new rom.
OB
