Help Email help

If it's within Gmail, go into your trash folder, tap and hold to highlight what you want to bring back, tap the three dots in the top right and select "move to"
 
I'll see if I can find someone that uses email to help you, I only use Gmail which can't be accessed within the email app.
 
Can you long press the email in your deleted/trash folder and select an option to move? Or perhaps check or long press to select and choose a new location in the ... (three dot) menu?
 
I guess we're talking about the app with the icon of a yellow envelope and a white letter coming out.
Go to trash.
Tap (select) the mail you want to retreive. It opens.
Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner (of the mail itself). Select 'move'. Select the folder you want it to be in.
Done :)
